We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic E-Mail Designer to improve existing mail flows for our fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize HTML/CSS and e-mail marketing best practices to code e-mail templates and existing campaigns;
- Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues;
- Ensure identical rendering across browsers, E-mail Service Providers and devices;
- Propose and follow the e-mail template structure change to improve the deliverability;
- Have close collaboration with the e-mail designer and the e-mail team manager to propose improvements and AB testings;
- Contribute to the continued modernization and evolution of the market, staying updated with the latest marketing and tools trends.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a Mail Designer;
- Solid working knowledge of HTML y CSS. Email-specific coding experience;
- Experience with Active Campaign;
- Knowledge of Figma/Sketch;
- Up to date in deliverability best practices;
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools;
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively;
- Excellent communication skills – you have a way with words & can connect easily with others;
- Creativity and willingness to work on own initiative.
