Responsibilities
➞ Follow an existing workflow for ads production in the company
➞ Design graphic/video ads for Facebook/Instagram/TikTok
➞ Optimize existing ads (change ratio, first 3 seconds, etc.)
➞ Do research for certain products/audiences
➞ Analyze and interpret performance data
➞ Understand the conversion principles for social media ads
➞ Make storyboards

➞ Be proficient at Adobe Photoshop
➞ Be fluent in English
➞ Be detail-oriented
➞ Have experience in direct response marketing
➞ Know how to use Slack and Monday
