As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with our video ad strategists and other members to produce innovative weekly ads.


• Develop, create, and edit compelling video ads for different products from scratch for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Optimize existing ads by adjusting aspects like the aspect ratio and enhancing the first 3 seconds to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align video content with campaign objectives and brand identity.
• Apply innovative editing techniques to enhance viewer engagement and conversion rates.
• Execute revisions based on stakeholder feedback to meet project goals.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in video production and social media advertising to ensure our content remains at the forefront of innovation.


• 2+ years of experience in video editing, particularly for social media advertising.
• Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro X.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling video content.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, their specifications, and factors driving engagement.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to accept and implement feedback.

Your journey starts with us reviewing your portfolio. We’re interested in your past experiences and projects, which give us a glimpse into your capabilities and strengths. This step allows us to assess if your skills align with our needs.


If your portfolio captures our interest, we’ll move to the next step – a paid test task or project. This provides us with a deeper understanding of your practical skills, problem-solving ability, and how you approach tasks related to the role you’ve applied for.


Successful completion of the test task leads to a one-on-one interview with our People Manager. This conversation is an opportunity for us to get to know you better – your ambitions, values, and how you work within a team.


Next, you’ll meet with the Project Manager. They will further delve into your technical skills, your fit within the specific project, and your ability to contribute to our team’s goals.


Upon a successful interview process, you’ll enter a provisional period where you’ll work part-time (10 to 20 hours per week). This phase gives us time to observe your performance, adaptability, and synergy with our team before your final confirmation.
