We’re on the hunt for a performance marketing-minded N8N Expert who can build and maintain robust automation workflows with a marketing mindset. You’ll play a key role in connecting tools, enhancing data flows, and building scalable backend systems that boost marketing performance across the board.

🚀 What You’ll Do:

  • Build, test, and maintain automated workflows in N8N that support marketing operations, lead gen, retention, and reporting
  • Translate business needs into clean, modular N8N flows
  • Build workflows that support automated campaign reporting, lead scoring, attribution, and budget pacing
  • Stay ahead of AI trends and propose creative automation uses
  • Collaborate with performance marketers, email team, and tech leads for better automation coverage

🎨 What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years using N8N in a marketing or eCommerce field
  • Background in performance marketing or experience building for marketers (ads, email, CRM, etc.)
  • Portfolio of automations

TEST TASK / PROJECT

If your portfolio captures our interest, we’ll move to the next step – a test task or project. This provides us with a deeper understanding of your practical skills, problem-solving ability, and how you approach tasks related to the role you’ve applied for.

PEOPLE MANAGER INTERVIEW

Successful completion of the test task leads to a one-on-one interview with our People Manager. This conversation is an opportunity for us to get to know you better – your ambitions, values, and how you work within a team.

PROJECT MANAGER INTERVIEW

Next, you’ll meet with the Project Manager. They will further delve into your technical skills, your fit within the specific project, and your ability to contribute to our team’s goals.

PROVISIONAL PERIOD

Upon a successful interview process, you’ll enter a provisional period where you’ll work part-time (10 to 20 hours per week). This phase gives us time to observe your performance, adaptability, and synergy with our team before your final confirmation.
