We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, ambitious HTML Email Designer to refine our existing email flows within our fast-paced company.
As our HTML Email Designer, you’ll:
• Use your knowledge of HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices to code engaging email templates and enhance existing campaigns.
• Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues, ensuring consistent rendering across browsers, Email Service Providers, and devices.
• Advocate and execute changes to email template structures to optimize deliverability.
• Collaborate closely with the email design team and the email team manager to suggest improvements and propose A/B tests.
• Contribute to the continued market innovation, keeping abreast of the latest marketing tools and trends.
• 3+ years of experience as an Email Designer.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with specific experience in email coding.
• Familiarity with Active Campaign.
• Knowledge of Figma/Sketch.
• Up-to-date on deliverability best practices.
• Comfortable with analytical and database tools.
• Ability to problem-solve creatively and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage and connect easily with others.

If your portfolio captures our interest, we’ll move to the next step – a paid test task or project. This provides us with a deeper understanding of your practical skills, problem-solving ability, and how you approach tasks related to the role you’ve applied for.
Successful completion of the test task leads to a one-on-one interview with our People Manager. This conversation is an opportunity for us to get to know you better – your ambitions, values, and how you work within a team.
Next, you’ll meet with the Project Manager. They will further delve into your technical skills, your fit within the specific project, and your ability to contribute to our team’s goals.
Upon a successful interview process, you’ll enter a provisional period where you’ll work part-time (10 to 20 hours per week). This phase gives us time to observe your performance, adaptability, and synergy with our team before your final confirmation.
