 About the Role:

This isn’t your average graphic design gig. As our Graphic Designer with Video Editing skills, you’ll be the visual storyteller, crafting ads that not only look amazing but also inspire action.

This role is perfect for someone who loves the challenge of creating ads that both look and perform. We’re a data-driven team, but we also believe in the power of gut instinct and creative intuition. Sometimes, the best ideas come from a walk in nature (seriously!).

🚀 What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day Adventure):

Imagine this: Monday morning, you’re brainstorming fresh ad concepts for a new line of upcycled denim. By Wednesday, you’re deep in Premiere Pro, weaving those concepts into captivating ad stories. Friday rolls around, and you’re diving into performance data, checking visuals to maximize conversions. Sound like your kind of week? You’ll also:

  • Design and edit eye-catching, performance-driven static and video ads optimized for each platform (Meta, Google, Native).
  • Develop creative concepts that resonate with consumers and drive sales.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative strategists, media buyers, and managers to bring campaigns to life.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, particularly in DTC space.

 

🎨 What You Bring (Your Superpowers):

You’re not just a designer; you’re a visual storyteller with a passion for creative approach. You have a сall for taking complex ideas and turning them into visually compelling narratives. You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and you’re not afraid to experiment with new technologies and push creative boundaries. Specifically, you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design plus some video editing experience, ideally with a focus on DTC or e-commerce. (Bonus points if you have Viral Videos experience)
  • A killer portfolio showcasing your creativity, video editing skills, and understanding of performance marketing principles.
    • A passion for leveraging AI tools to enhance your creative process.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and Canva.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • ✨ Bonus Points (Your Extra Flair):
    • Experience with motion graphics.
    • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.

TEST TASK / PROJECT

If your portfolio captures our interest, we’ll move to the next step – a test task or project. This provides us with a deeper understanding of your practical skills, problem-solving ability, and how you approach tasks related to the role you’ve applied for.

PEOPLE MANAGER INTERVIEW

Successful completion of the test task leads to a one-on-one interview with our People Manager. This conversation is an opportunity for us to get to know you better – your ambitions, values, and how you work within a team.

PROJECT MANAGER INTERVIEW

Next, you’ll meet with the Project Manager. They will further delve into your technical skills, your fit within the specific project, and your ability to contribute to our team’s goals.

PROVISIONAL PERIOD

Upon a successful interview process, you’ll enter a provisional period where you’ll work part-time (10 to 20 hours per week). This phase gives us time to observe your performance, adaptability, and synergy with our team before your final confirmation.
