Description

We are hiring a Pagefly Page Expert to join our project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing sales pages and product pages focused on data collection and high conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Develop Sales Pages: Use PageFly (and similar tools like GemPages, Replo) to create high-converting sales pages in Shopify.
  • Optimize for Conversions: Continuously refine layouts, forms, and CTAs to increase conversion rates and enhance user experience.
  • A/B Testing & Analysis: Conduct split tests on different page elements (e.g., headlines, copy, visuals) and use data-driven insights to improve performance.
  • Market & Audience Research: Investigate user behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies to guide design and content decisions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align landing pages with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and strategic goals.
  • Compelling Copywriting: Write or optimize headlines, descriptions, and calls-to-action that drive user engagement and conversions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key landing page metrics (bounce rates, conversions, etc.) and implement continual optimizations based on insights.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Experience: Proven background in creating and optimizing sales pages for ecommerce, ideally using PageFly or similar page-builder apps.
  • Portfolio of Success: Demonstrable work samples with measurable results—submissions without sales page examples will not be considered.
  • UX/UI Knowledge: Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and best practices for ecommerce.
  • A/B Testing Proficiency: Experience running and interpreting tests to inform design and copy decisions.
  • Analytics & Metrics: Ability to evaluate performance data and apply findings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to partner effectively with designers, developers, and marketers.

Next, you’ll meet with the Project Manager. They will further delve into your technical skills, your fit within the specific project, and your ability to contribute to our team’s goals.

PROVISIONAL PERIOD

Upon a successful interview process, you’ll enter a provisional period where you’ll work part-time (10 to 20 hours per week). This phase gives us time to observe your performance, adaptability, and synergy with our team before your final confirmation.
