We’re looking for a graphic designer with a knack for creating engaging social media ads. Have you previously worked at a digital marketing agency, econnerce company, or similar? Do you possess strong creative skills and a portfolio that exhibits your passion for illustrative design and typography? And do you have basic video editing skills? • Create engaging, eye-catching graphics for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google, in line with campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistency of designs across all platforms and alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Utilize graphic design tools and software, primarily Adobe Creative Suite, to create various ad content, including static images, GIFs, motion graphics, and video content.
• Leverage basic video editing skills to enhance social media content, creating captivating visuals that promote user engagement and drive campaign performance.
• Research industry trends to keep our social media presence compelling, fresh, and relevant to our audience.
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality, creative designs within set deadlines.
• Continually optimize creatives based on performance data to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Work effectively as part of a team, providing and receiving constructive feedback.


• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication skills, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.

Your journey starts with us reviewing your portfolio. We’re interested in your past experiences and projects, which give us a glimpse into your capabilities and strengths. This step allows us to assess if your skills align with our needs.


If your portfolio captures our interest, we’ll move to the next step – a paid test task or project. This provides us with a deeper understanding of your practical skills, problem-solving ability, and how you approach tasks related to the role you’ve applied for.


Successful completion of the test task leads to a one-on-one interview with our People Manager. This conversation is an opportunity for us to get to know you better – your ambitions, values, and how you work within a team.


Next, you’ll meet with the Project Manager. They will further delve into your technical skills, your fit within the specific project, and your ability to contribute to our team’s goals.


Upon a successful interview process, you’ll enter a provisional period where you’ll work part-time (10 to 20 hours per week). This phase gives us time to observe your performance, adaptability, and synergy with our team before your final confirmation.
